Interview

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 is an inherent element of all our contracts, because of the various activities they involve. Our experienced Project Management team is spearheaded by our CMD, Mr. Jagdish Kadam himself who actively contributes and leads all the planning, and the execution is then left to our stalwarts for directing, resource management, and managing projects for before time deliveries.

So when our CMD is interviewed it is an insightful discussion on important project management practices and principles, the experience of doing it, as well as the initiative with valuable industry knowledge.
