The Story Of Human Connect - Resolute

We know of a word- 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗘 Which means firm, unmovable, fearless, infallible. True leaders lead by example and stand before their team at the front. The road section chosen for the attempt of the Guinness World Record consisted of 3 critical points, on the 3 bridges, over which the bituminous concrete had to be paved continuously.

The Sun had gone down already, the residual light was poor and the Paver had to be maneuvered through this test. The challenge was to navigate the Paver through these tricky patches without a stop. What was required was not just expertise and experience but a spirit of a true leader to motivate, guide and stand by his team at such a crucial moment.

 

He may be spending days in an air-conditioned office, strategizing and musing over how a project as prestigious as this was to be executed flawlessly, but this evening, Mr. Jagdish Kadam, CMD of Rajpath Infracon was in a different frame of mind. He knew exactly what his team needed of him. Mr. Kadam climbed the paver and stood there 𝗥𝗘𝗦𝗢𝗟𝗨𝗧𝗘- observing every meter that the paver advanced, guiding and motivating his team. Neither did the intensely hot air at 150 deg C blowing toward him from under the paver deter him nor the late hour of the night. It was like he was passing on his unlimited energy to his team working on the ground with an obsessed passion. The dark turned to dawn and the 3 critical bridges were paved without any complications or setbacks.

True leadership is not just about keeping track of the developments, it is leading from the front, setting an example- something that will inspire people for years to come.
