Responsibilities: Prepare cost estimates, budgets and feasibility studies; prepare BOQs and tender documents; evaluate bids; administer contracts, variations and change orders; monitor expenditure and certify payments; measure and verify site quantities; assess cost and schedule risks; carry out value engineering; settle final accounts and report project cost outcomes.
Skills: Construction methods, civil engineering materials and specifications, AutoCAD, MS Excel, CostX and Primavera, with strong analytical and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: Develop sourcing strategies; evaluate and develop suppliers; negotiate prices and contracts; coordinate procurement schedules with project and design teams; manage purchase orders and service agreements; maintain ERP records and compliance; coordinate logistics and inventory across project sites; lead and mentor the procurement team.
Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Civil / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering. MBA in Supply Chain or Materials Management preferred.
Experience and skills: At least 15 years in procurement, including at least 5 years in senior management handling road and/or irrigation projects; technical understanding of infrastructure materials; ERP and Microsoft Office; negotiation, communication and leadership; experience with government-funded projects.
